Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy at Mereli, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We want you to feel confident shopping with us, and we are here to help if anything goes wrong with your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it. This includes being unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and returned in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase so we can verify your order.
To start a return, please contact us at support@mereli.com. Returns must be sent to the address provided once your return request has been approved. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or processed. You can always reach out to us with any questions at support@mereli.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately at support@mereli.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue promptly and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personalized items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way to receive the product you want is to complete a return for the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing justification. As with our standard policy, the item must be returned in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@mereli.com so we can investigate further.
